Data Deletion

You are always in control of your data. This page explains how to delete your Infinite Heart account and all associated personal data — including any information we obtained if you connected your Instagram account.
1. Delete everything from inside the app (fastest)
Open the Infinite Heart app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm when prompted. This permanently and irreversibly deletes:
- Your account and profile (email, display name, photo, and any Instagram username/id we stored);
- Your hearts, their geo-locations, and the private memories (photos, videos, audio, letters, engraved text) attached to them;
- Your orders history and app activity;
- Any Instagram connection and the tokens/identifiers we held for it, and any reward records tied to it.
Deletion is processed immediately; backups are purged within 30 days.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account at share@infiniteheart.love with the subject "Delete my data". We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email.
3. Data obtained via Instagram
If you signed in with Instagram or connected it to receive a reward, the only Instagram data we hold is your Instagram user id and username (and, for a reward, the public mention event that credited it). You can remove this at any time by disconnecting Instagram in Profile → Settings, or by deleting your account as described above. You can also revoke Infinite Heart's access from Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites.
4. What we may retain
We may keep the minimum records required by law (for example, invoices and transaction data for tax purposes) and any on-chain "eternalization" record, which by nature of the blockchain cannot be erased. These contain no private memory content.
